FAMILY 800M!! Just because you don't do athletics doesn't mean you can't race the two laps.
Good session on the track today, 3x (800m, 600m, 300m.) My family joined me on my 3rd 800m which is why I don't look as fresh in this picture lol.
Unfortunately Sam was a bit crook but his cheering was much appreciated by all. Tux is on holiday at our friends otherwise may have been the winner haha. Well done Team Smit/Petty!!
