Target Those Hamstrings ?? Often when we train legs, our hamstrings can get neglected. We need to show them some love too! They help to support your posterior chain and also target that tough to tone "back of the leg" area which I get asked about all the time! ?? Here are three of my favourite hamstring exercises: ➡️ Good mornings ➡️ Romanian deadlifts ➡️ Staggered stance Romanian deadlifts (to isolate each leg) ?? The main thing here is to keep your core engaged and your back straight. Try completing these exercises next to a mirror so you can check your form throughout the movement.
