I could finally meet this minced pork rice again! I loved "Formosa Chang" in Shibuya when I was a student and used to go there many times to savor the perfect combination with rice. Unfortunately the store was shut down but I'm too happy that I could unexpectedly meet the bowl again here in Taiwan.
