Here's a regram from one of my favorite vets in existence! @realdanlauria Check out a beautiful poem he wrote below in honor of the men who gave the ultimate sacrifice: "Proud to have served in the Marine Corps as a Lt/Captain (1970-1973). When the smoke has cleared and the battle fought,
Who among us will ask; was it won or was it lost?

The tattered veteran walks across the bloodied field,
searching for those comrades who would never yield.

He questions not what was right or what was wrong
But WHY this tally against those so brave, so strong?

He wonders when for him the final bell will toll,
When a God will call upon his oh so mortal soul.

Let those too cowardly to enter this mindless fray
Decide where to place you on your judgement day.
