I really didn't want to post any pictures of myself right now because it felt weird, but I am with one of my best friends 3 year old daughter and she is dancing around the room to Bob Marley singing "Don't worry about a thing, 'cause every little thing is gonna be alright". She grabbed my hand and asked me to dance with her. I'm posting this as a reminder that there is so much joy and love in this world and to not forget it. Some F-ed up shit has gone down for sure and it is heavy. But just remember you will smile again and remember that we are built of joy and love and NO ONE can take that away from you. Now is the time to spread all the light you have. Let's all use our voices, band together and show that love will always win?
