One thing seems clear about the upcoming #election: #stocks will do best if Hillary #Clinton is elected. But #investors should also be rooting for #Republicans to hold onto control the House and Senate. That's according to a new study from the Brookings Institution. They concluded the S&P 500 index would rise 12% under a Clinton presidency.
