Some people have asked me...Daphne how do you stay so positive ...how do you stay fit, work, be a mom, and still have a smile on your face. (Even at times I have felt every right to sulk and be in a bad state of mind). My answer is simple. I outweigh my pros and cons, and I *decide* and *choose* to look at all the positive things in my life. I *decide* that I want it more than I'm afraid of it. And whatever "it" is for you and me could be entirely different. My "it" is cultivating a life of happiness, no regrets, and living my life to the fullest while I'm hear on Earth. Fear is comfortable, and being vulnerable is uncomfortable- Yet we fail to realize there is so much Strength in being vulnerable. Open up, be alive, be thankful, and choose to be happy! Love - Daphne
