This proved to be just as delicious as the old-school Orh Nee without resorting to any frying with shallot or peanut oil. It's so silky smooth, or as the old folks described "好幼好滑", and just perfectly sweetened with that glistening translucent sugar coating. Amazing guilt-free treat, anytime anywhere.
