BLUEBERRY FALL FRUIT SMOOTHIE | Serves 1
1 Handful baby kale leaves OR any kale you like!
1 pear (cored)
2 french prunes (pitted)
3 dates (pitted)
Handful of frozen blueberries
1 cup coconut water
1/2 cup hazelnut milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/3 avocado
1 tablespoon ground flax seed
1-3 tablespoons hemp hearts
1. Blend kale, coconut water, and hazelnut milk together until smooth.
2. Add remaining ingredients and blend again.
