because it can sometimes be hard on grayish rainy wednesday's to find inspiration - but rummaging in my freezer I came across the littlest bit of forgotten pie crust and jar of mustard green pesto I made earlier in the year and now there is the smell of rich parmesan and baking buttery crust filling the house and I'm eagerly awaiting the hour when I will lay the dinner table and light a few candles - making a little something out of seemingly nothing
