My grandfather was working for a company in small village and he had new dream when he was 55 years old... "I want to make a nursing home for my family and a people from the local community!" And he made it to happen after 5 years later when he was 60 years old. Never too late to have a dream and chase your dream!! "私にはもう遅いわ、、、。" そんな風に考えている人は多いのではないでしょうか？しかし、それは言い訳に過ぎません。
私の祖父は、徳島でサラリーマンをしていました。祖母と私の母が、祖父の母の介護を自宅でしているのを見て、祖父が55歳の時に "家族の為、そして地域の為に、老人ホームを作りたい！" と夢を見つけ、その5年後、祖父が60歳の時に、老人ホームを開設しました！
夢を持つのに、年齢は関係ありません。いつでも好きな時に夢に挑戦する。ワールドクラスには年齢の壁なんてないのです。
