After a heli-drop trip at the base of Cerro Altar near Farellones, Chile, team freeskier @drewtabke and crew settle in and eye their objectives.
"The first night was super cold, with temps dipping to around -25°C. Thankfully, the subsequent days warmed up, and though the snow surface was battered from wind and cold we managed a descent of a prominent couloir starting a few hundred feet below the summit of Cerro Altar (16,995'), and a summit descent of Cerro La Paloma (16,109')."
