Photograph by @Thomas Peschak A juvenile puff adder shy shark attempts to sit on my dive guide's @animal_ocean finger. Many of the 440 or so species of sharks do NOT fit the stereotypical image. Named after its unique markings (which resemble a notoriously poisonous African snake) this shark only occurs in the seas around southern Africa.
