The Legend of Inao-Sama!
Today I pitched in Beppu, the hometown of a Japanese baseball Legend named Inao-Sama.
At the age of 25 he had already won 200 games.
He recorded 42 victories in a single season in 1961.
During the Japan Series in 1958 he won 4 games.
His nickname was Iron arm, as he pitch regularly over 400 innings a season.
The Japanese had this famous saying about him:
There's God, Buddha and Inoa- Sama!
