Late night confessions....I lost self control over this salty egg yolk lava and had two whole uncut by myself in after a full zichar dinner despite the honestly weak green tea taste. Maybe because this was more like a savoury than a sweet dessert, akin to a buttery shortbread biscuit with egg yolk cream
Now I can understand why my Japanese colleague can munch an entire regular size lotus paste Mooncake (uncut) in his hand like eating an apple ? So I guess my case isn't all too extreme. •
