Veil ~ How does a family protect themselves from one of the greatest killers on earth -- Malaria? Simple, a mosquito net, here being poetically used not on a bed but over a door to a welcoming home in the mountains of Tanzania.

The Archive ~ When working on the @ナショナルジオグラフィック story, #BedlamInTheBlood, we looked at the pain and scourge of this horrific killer -- mosquitoes -- equally important to highlight that of prevention.

After spending part of a day with a family in their home high in the mountains outside Dar es Salaam, upon leaving I breezed through the most understated yet important vignette related to prevention, this traditionally used bed mosquito net being used as door screen, filling the families garden with greater light, colors, hope, that those who reside within shall be protected from one of the top five killers of children and adults on earth.
