Life in the Park. The joys of sequential stereo ! OK - I'll admit this may not be a comfortable stereo view for everyone. It's probably 'parent advisory - not for beginners' ... But for those who enjoy a bit of retinal rivalry I offer it as proof that the World - along with 3-D photography - is still alive. Every creature in the photo has moved between the left and right exposures on my iPhone 6 Plus. So they land up in the stereo view too close or too far away, or simply confusing ! But this is the kind of detail I have loved finding in the pioneering stereo views of TR Williams in the 1850s. He took his stereos sequentially too - his beautiful Scenes in Our Village stereo cards are full of little discrepancies which give the view another dimension - they almost make it a movie. You can see exactly what was going on around the folks who had obligingly stayed still for the two captured moments. *** I used the 3D CAMERA app to take this - it takes only about 20 seconds to make a stereo view, once you're used to it. Then you can free-view it on your Phone, or share it, or view it luxuriously and immersively using an OWL VR kit or a LITE OWL.
