In 1990 this nation in the southwest corner of Africa became one of the first countries in the world to include environmental protection in its constitution, and its progressive policies have led to a resurgence of wildlife. We salute organizations like the World Wildlife Fund Namibia, who actively partner with government and other groups to protect both wildlife and habitat.
