FT: Derby County 0-0 Aston Villa – Proper football match here. We dominated the first half but to be fair to the Rams, they came back into it after the break. We enjoyed the best chances of the contest, Ross McCormack and Gary Gardner smashing against the woodwork in the opening 45 minutes while Libor Kozak, a second half substitute, looked to have scored but his header at the back post from a McCormack corner was inches wide. Tom Ince was the danger man for the hosts in the second 45 minutes. First he made Pierluigi Gollini make a great save before sending a dangerous free-kick just over the Italian’s crossbar. #AVFC #DERAVL #AstonVillaFC #AstonVilla
