Chef @danielhumm: the way to Le Castelas in Provence, this is what you see—the biggest, boldest sunflower fields competing with the most intensely fragrant lavender fields. This is one of the many reasons that has drawn me to this place for 30 years. It’s inspired my cooking as well as provided me a place to reset and reflect. It's hard to do it justice with a photo. #makeitnice
