Chef @danielhumm: This is Yves et Virginie, one of my favorite boucheries and charcuteries in the world. The salumi, the hams, every kind of meat! They use authentic old world techniques married to modern flavors—you can find 40 or more dry sausages, pate en croute, and more seasoned with lavender, garlic and fresh herbs. It has been owned and operated by a husband and wife team for years.
