as the seasons have changed, so to has this recipe - instead of the heavy textural radicchio of spring I've been picking sweet light romaine lettuce from the garden- cutting the heads lengthwise, brushing with olive oil and a sprinkle of salt before popping them on the grill, cut side down. The char adds the most amazing flavor - reminiscent of the classic caesar - on occasion I've also subbed in delicate buckwheat noodles for the richer egg noodles of spring - find the recipe inspiration through the link in profile -
