GIRLS! To say a HUGE thank you to you for all of your support and positivity over the past few days I wanted to do something for YOU! I’ll be giving you THREE workout circuits tomorrow and doing them all WITH YOU LIVE on Facebook! To make sure that I’m working out with as many of you as possible around the world I’ll be live at these three ADELAIDE (ACST) times - Tuesday 2nd August - 6:30am, 3:30pm and 8:30pm. You’ll also be able to do these exercises from the comfort of your own home, at the park or at the gym, basically ANYWHERE so I can’t wait to see so many of us working out together online as a community tomorrow!
