FULL BODY WORKOUT YOU CAN DO ANYWHERE:
Toe touches w/ med ball - 3x10
Russian twists w/ med ball - 3x20
Plank w/ crunch - 3x10 each side
High plank/ med ball touch - 3x10 each side
Med ball taps - 3x20
Figure four side crunch - 3x10 each side
Single leg hip thrust - 3x10 each leg
Squat/ toss the med ball - 3x12
Rainbow kicks - 3x10 each side
High plank to downward dog stretch - 3x8 (this one is amazing for a full body stretch and strengthening!)
