Sitting on the roof of the old factory on Mott st where I lived in 1992. At the time iggy Pop and butthole surfers and sonic youth and beastie boys were rehearsing in the basement. And our block was populated by old mafiosos playing dominos on the street. It was a magical time. Oh, best of all I was paying $500 a month for my 800 square foot loft. Sigh. #nyc #porcelainthebook
