BEST Hot Chocolate I've ever had ❤️ Riding on the bean to bar movement in #Tokyo, I visited different cacao shops and my favourite cuppa was from @minimal_beantobar
The version here was freshly concocted with the chocolatier's choice of bar, which happened to be a citrus one for mine. The brew was unbelievably intense and rich, yet so soothing and therapeutic.
Nothing achingly sweet nor creamy; just the pure taste of Chocolat with cacao nibs for some lovely textural play
