Went to eat ramen for lunch at Tsuta today, the first ramen restaurant to receive a Michelin star. I had the shio soba, which is flavored with white truffle oil as an accent.
一つ星のラーメン店「蔦」に行ってきた。初めてきたが、焼豚味玉塩そばを食べてみた。ホワイトトリュフの風味がしてて今までに食べたことのない味のラーメンだった。とても美味しかった！
