Lazy, old-school butter sponge cake, which was made so long ago that I have forgot about it. But it's actually butter-free as I replaced butter with @drbronner coconut oil (got from @naturesglorysingapore). Enjoyed this cake very much as it was silky soft and moist like tofu chiffon.
Plus a lovely coconut fragrance that made this hard to resist •
基本的なバタースポンジレシピ沿って、バターの代わりにココナッツオイルを使った。豆腐シフォンみたいなふわふわの食感。美味しくて香りとっても良い～
