Ok @gogoinflight l am done!! When you grab our money or Amex Passes your service cuts out within 5 min. If you get this message well I am amazed! You're ripping customers off as you are not providing the service you are promising. Don't blame the airline as it's your service they have bought. Don't brush this off with corporate mumbo jumbo, start refunding people for the terrible, awful, crap service you are providing. I am a frequent flyer on all major airlines and all the service you provide for them is just below ant standard. Shame on you! JB
