Friday from 5 to 9 pm, Celebrate Pride weekend at The Met! In the somber wake of the horrible event that took place in Orlando this month, The Met mourns the loss of the victims and extends condolences to their loved ones and all those impacted by the attack. Friday, we will honor the LGBT community at The Met Fifth Avenue. #MetFridays: Pride will feature performances by the New York City Gay Men's Chorus, poetry readings by Janani Balasubramanian of @darkmatterpoetry, Love Heals! Silent Dance Party, and much more. All activities are free with Museum admission. #TheMet #Pride
