To be absolutely, unequivocally clear... I support the #LBGT community. I will always use my voice to speak out against hate crimes, terrorist acts or any "radicalized" group.
These events today weigh heavy on my heart and stirs my passion for change. We NEED change and hopefully these acts of hate and terror will finally be the call to action our country has been begging for.
My deepest condolences to the victims, the families of the victims, and the overall community of Orlando. I am grateful to citizens who have shown up to donate blood. To first responders and the unsung heroes of the evening who put their own lives on the line to help others to safety. I applaud your courage.
That spirit to help our fellows is what makes me proud. Our resilience and unification in a crisis gives me hope.

People will not always agree with me, and that's ok. My conscience will guide me. These subjects can be polarizing. But I hope when expressing your views on MY FORUM, you will be respectful. I am always willing to hear people's views and remain open to opposing views but not when they are hostile and accusatory.
