Tropical Storm Colin is moving northward in the Gulf of Mexico and will make landfall in the Big Bend area of Florida's Gulf Coast this evening(left chart). Surf has been building through the day for the FL Gulf and will increase for the Southeast tomorrow as Colin exits into the Atlantic(right chart).
