More than 30 women from six continents today arrived in Zurich for the 2nd edition of the FIFA Female Leadership Development Programme.
There are three modules over nine months, as well as distance learning with mentors. The programme aims to support and develop strong female leaders in football, while advocating for women to access senior decision-making positions globally.
