I love when I get the opportunity to take my art supplies out of my studio. Especially when I get to head to fancy events to create some good old crafting fun! I just had the pleasure of working with @ティンバーランド at a New York event where they previewed their Harvest Gold Fall 2016 Collections. They asked me to create an interactive craft that everyone could participate in! Inspired by their #ModernTrail fall fashion, I put my pen to the paper and illustrated a collection of their upcoming looks. The doors opened and people quickly filled the event to preview the new collections. I eagerly waited as they each found their way to my craft table. I had a stack of my illustrations ready to go, and encouraged everyone to start cutting. I supplied x-acto knives & demonstrated how to turn my art into cut out paper fashion! By cutting out a section of each illustration, people could hold up the artwork and allow the surrounding background to pop through! I’m happy to say, it was a hit! I honestly had so much fun with this group & personally took about 100 photos of my illustrations with different backgrounds. Of all my artwork, and all the photos that I captured, these golden leaves popping through this iconic boot drawing turned out to be my favorite! Needless to say, I had a great time! Thank you @ティンバーランド for such a fun opportunity! Here’s to a bunch of adults enjoying arts & crafts time with me, and creating this fun memory! #art #drawing #timberland #boot #timberlandboots #fashion
