After my recent South Pacific Expedition with National Geographic, I came to the island of Mo’orea to enjoy some “moore”a sunshine - while working on a piece about our trip! (Check my highlights if you missed my Stories)! I’ve been so inspired by the people we met & places we traveled to, that I’m truly excited to be creating a piece celebrating French Polynesia! Perfect timing for Heiva - which is bringing me even more inspiration & knowledge about the beautiful Polynesian culture! I swear everywhere I look I’m inspired. Even outside of my place in Mo’orea there is this flourishing tiaré tree that keeps blooming more flowers & everyday I put one behind my ear, island style! This tree has fully inspired the beginning part of my upcoming animation…you’ll see! If all goes to plan I’ll have it finished end of next week.
