Of what seemed like a dozen brilliant sakes we tasted under the guidance of sake aficionado @msamuels1212 , while this was not my favorite it certainly stood out in taste as well as its historical/cultural relevance! Thank you @soilpimp for including me and @scholiumwines (Abe-san!) for hosting (and kudos to @katturnerwashere for digging out great blue cheese to pair with it giving it a whole new dimension I'd never known existed!)
