Hi guys, I’ve been really looking forward to participating in both this weekend’s @socceraid and this year’s #GTR100. Sadly, following the devastating news that I have ruptured my Achilles, today, on the advice of my doctors I have undergone emergency surgery to fix the tear and can no longer participate in the forthcoming events. Good luck to those participating in this weekends #SoccerAid. To the ROW team, I wish I could be on the pitch with you ! For the #GTR100 athletes, although I won’t be standing side by side with you through the swim, the bike ride or the run, I will absolutely be there, cheering you on in Staffordshire ! Gx
