CORE. ABS. OBLIQUES. Here is the killer circuit you've always wanted! Exercise 1: make sure you keep your shoulders down and away from your ears when you are hanging. Pull your belly button in and crunch up with one leg over the other above the knee. If this is too advanced you can do the same movement with your back on the ground. Exercise 2: alternating sit up reached. Try to keep your thighs parallel to each other the whole time. Reach for your knee, ankle or foot depending on core strength. Exercise 3: alternating plank twist with a crunch. Try to bring your knee as far up to your elbow as possible.
