-hop switch low lunge twists
-plank tricep dips ?Arms - 2 rounds -Chatturanga flow x 5
-Knee to elbow planks push ups x 10
-Superman pushups x 20
-reverse plank hips swings x 10 ?Legs - build up 30 sec,45 sec, 1 min - toe taps
-touch down squats -jump tucks with butt kicks
-tree sit ?Core - 3 rounds

1. leg lift and lowers x 10
2. supine bent knee wind shield wipers, bent or legs straight x 20
3. low boat to high boat with twist x 10
4. 20 high knees then back to 1 ✔️Done! #musttry!
