My Garlic Herb and Himalayan Salt was used to prepare these pretzels for any occasion. It was also added to a butter for the bridging the pretzels prior to serving???

SOFT GARLIC & HERB PRETZELS‼️

Ingredients:
10 oz of bread flour
6 oz of warm water
½ tsp of active dry yeast
1 tsp of @Flavorgod Seasonings Garlic & Herb Pink Salt
2 tbsp of light brown sugar

1/3 cup of baking soda
3 cups of water
4 tbsp of melted butter

In a standing mixer, add flour, water, yeast, brown sugar and @Flavorgod Seasonings Garlic and Herb Pink Salt with the dough hook attachment. Mix on low speed for 4 minutes, and then on medium speed for 8 minutes. Cover mixing bowl with dough with plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place until double in size. About 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Divide the dough into 6 pieces. Roll each piece into along rope and then form into a pretzel shape. In a medium bowl, mix together baking soda and water. Dip each pretzel in the baking soda solution and place on the baking sheet. Bake pretzels in the oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Brush pretzels with melted butter and sprinkle some more #FlavorGod Garlic and Herb Pink Salt.
