@naturallyjulia ? I would not necessarily class this as a 'progress photo', this is more of a "YOU CAN DO IT" photo ? I've trained plenty of mums and the first thing they say is "my body will never be the same after having a child?". My response is always "Don't worry about that". Women's bodies are AMAZING! Look what they can do ? You've created this beautiful child inside of you... Your body is a phenomenal thing. YOU are an amazing, strong person, and will never be the same.
Think of your body as BRAND new! It's now a blank canvas. The saying "Don't compare yourself to others" applies in this situation also. Don't compare yourself to what you once were. Focus on the new you and what you CAN BE.
