The picture on the left late 2013, The goal was move as much weight around as possible anyway, anyhow. Nutrition plan? Ha! I ate everything and anything at all hours of the day. Forcing myself to eat when I was hungry to reach a "goal weight". Obvious downsides A) stairs were my nemesis and B) I was always in pain. Knees, elbows, and hips were always hurting and on top of that there was always a nagging injury of sort. Bottom line I was unhealthy and taking the "+" in 105+ a little too literally. On the right is early 2016, goal is still to move as much weight as possible but in a different sense. Nutrition plan? I follow a flexible dieting approach after attending a workshop by @krissy_mae that based my macros off of my individual training and recovery needs. I'm more nimble like a cat, a heck of a lot healthier (so the nice nurse lady says), and over all have very few nagging injuries outside of general wear and tear. No sales pitch or anything just an example of the incredible things the human body is capable of and even more so what the mind is capable of when you get it in your head to do something. Big shout out to @jesseburdick, @ncapurso22, and now @kris10pope for your help in setting me up with a plan of attack in terms of my nutrition and answering any and all questions so that I stay on track towards my goals. I still got a bit to go but I've come a long way since I started. You only got one body folks so do as much damage as possible in as short amount of time and then do a crap ton of damage control.
