HK’s redoubtable Peninsula Hotel is getting into the arty party in March. Chef Frankie Tang references Chinese painting, pottery, sculpture and carvings, weaving, calligraphy and opera masks (!) in the Spring Moon restaurant. We’ve got a sneak preview of its first ever Art Basel menu, including this ‘Golden Moon’ – a crescent of chocolate mousse and ginger cream cake covered with golden leaves and (edible) gold spray.
