Reality Check ?? These two pictures are taken 2 seconds apart. On the left I'm sucking in my tummy and sticking out my booty. On the right I'm letting it all hang out ?? If I have eaten a big meal I most definitely do not look like the girl on the left. I have to undo my belt buckles, my tummy sticks out and any remnant of abs disappear ?? I want to remind you that the girls you follow on Instagram DO NOT always look lean. (And if they do, good on them but I'm not one of those people!). They're just normal individuals with normal bodies. They choose to show themselves looking at their best and that's ok. Just make sure you take it all with a hefty pinch of salt and don't go comparing yourself to anyone you follow on social media, myself included. Instagram is only a fraction of our lives. We all have bad days, we all slip up on our diet, we all miss workouts and we all have flaws. We don't all have rippling abs and tight butts (at least I dont!). No one is perfect.
