Have you had siphon coffee? It's a spellbinding brew method, and it yields a remarkably clean, even extraction.

Here, Brandon is midway through the process, immersing the grounds in boiling water over a halogen heat lamp. After brewing, he'll remove the siphon from the heat, and the coffee will fall back down into the bulb, in which the coffee is served. Come have some at our Mint cafe!
