2 cups spinach, fresh
2 cups water
1 cup blueberries
1 cup mixed berries
1 bananas
1 kiwi
1/2 avocado

DIRECTIONS
1. Blend spinach and water until smooth.
2. Next add the remaining fruits and blend again. *Use at least one frozen fruit to make smoothie cold.
