Photo by @andywcoleman // One of the most famous animals in the #Galapagos is the Galapagos sea lion. Endemic to this area, these playful mammals can be seen all over the islands. While you will most often encounter them lounging on rocks and beaches, if you are lucky, they will also join you while you are snorkeling or kayaking. They dry off by rolling around in the sand, which is what this little pup was doing before calling out to its mother. There are strict rules to stay at least 3 meters away from the sea lions, but that is a perfect distance to get intimate shots with just about any camera.
