Here, the Vice President takes a look at the loaded trains, cranes, and containers at the Crescent Corridor Intermodal Freight Rail Project just outside Memphis. This is another one that was funded by a TIGER grant back in 2010, bringing billions of dollars in private-sector investment off the sidelines. It's a 2,500-mile national rail network spanning 13 states -- from New York to Louisiana, where we just left.
