Boring but necessary advice from old mo... Just went to the doctor for my yearly physical and check up, and it reminded me how profoundly important it is to take care of our health. The waiting room was full of very sick people mainly dealing with illnesses that could have been prevented if they had exercised more and smoked less and eaten better and generally lived healthier lives. Clearly some illnesses cannot be prevented, but so many Can. So my suggestion to you is that you eat better and exercise more and stop smoking and generally treat yourself well so that you can spend the rest of your life being healthy and happy and not being a miserable sick person sitting in a doctors office. Oh ps my physical check up went great and I am in good health, just in case you were wondering..
