So Valentine's Day is approaching and the shops are stacked with hearts and flowers everywhere I go, everybody seems to have got engaged at Christmas and there's weddings all over my newsfeed and babies which I love seeing. But then I'm just sat here laughing to myself because I'm so hopeless at love, I can't actually imagine being in a relationship again. You know when you get your heart broken and you start hating on men? Well I don't hate anymore and I never had a voodoo doll or burning clothes ceremony to get over being on my own again but I actually think I'm more cut out for being on my own forever because I've never been happier. I love my freedom, I love that I can wear what I want when I want, go wherever I want, speak to whoever I want and take selfies in my pants because nobody can tell me not to. I don't have to answer to anyone, feel belittled, suffocated or ignored. There's no jealousy, no spite or fear of being used or cheated on so instead I smile and laugh my way through every day. I don't think I'm anything special and there's far prettier girls than me everywhere I go but it doesn't panic me anymore to be the only one alone.
